Story

You understand that your school years have passed and adulthood is just around the corner. You will have to meet three interesting heroines, but only you will decide who will die and who will survive (or maybe you will save everyone?)

Mai Simidzu

is a bold, fiery girl with chestnut hair. She’s been in the same class as Katsuo since 9th grade. By a lucky twist of fate, they both end up attending the same school after graduation. Her feelings toward Katsuo are... complicated. Their emotional rollercoaster is hard to define or assess rationally.

Mai grew up in a single-parent household. Her closest family members are her younger brother and her mother. Her father left when she was only six. She has a warm, trusting relationship with her mom—but when it comes to her brother, it’s a constant battle of sarcasm and bickering.

Mai’s behavior is usually easy to predict: she’s sharp-tongued, hot-headed, and aggressive. But every now and then, without even realizing it, she can be surprisingly sweet—especially around close friends and, of course, Katsuo. Nothing flusters her more than when he says something unexpectedly kind. In those moments, she blushes, freezes up, and wishes the ground would just swallow her whole.

Hobbies: cooking, singing, dancing, volunteering. She’s especially passionate about singing—so much so that. She sometimes overdoes it, loses her voice, and can’t talk for an entire day afterward.

Rina Nakano 

Is a pleasant and easy-going girl with light blonde hair. To Katsuo, she is the head of the cooking club and simply a good friend. Their first meeting was strictly business, but before long, they were talking like they’d known each other forever.

• Date of Birth: October 14, 2006

Rina grew up in a well-off, complete family. She has a trusting relationship with her relatives. As her father likes to say:

“When I look at you, daughter, it’s like seeing your mother back in her youth.”

In everyday life, Rina is calm and thoughtful. But that doesn’t mean she can’t be silly—oh, she definitely can. She treats Katsuo with respect and truly values him as a romantic partner, though it might not be obvious right away. Out of all the heroines, Rina comes across as the most mature. She rarely has emotional outbursts and tends to keep a cool head.

Hobbies: cooking, culinary arts, poetry, and writing.

Miya Kuroyama 

Is a quiet, modest girl with silvery hair. She’s Katsuo’s childhood friend—they’ve known each other since elementary school. From their very first meeting, there was something about Katsuo that caught Miya’s attention. At first, it was just a mild curiosity… but over time, that feeling evolved into a manic obsession.

• Date of Birth: April 14, 2007

She grew up in a stable, loving family. Her parents were always supportive, though Miya never seemed to care much. Of course, she appreciated them… but her true loyalty was always reserved for just one person.

In public, Miya is shy, soft-spoken, and polite—easy to mistake for your typical quiet honor student. But the moment she’s alone with Katsuo, a different side of her emerges: vibrant, cheerful, almost unrecognizable. It’s in those moments her true self begins to shine through. And sometimes… the shift can be terrifyingly sharp.

Hobbies: cooking, sewing, paper crafts, scissors, anatomy, digging holes, and all kinds of handmade creations. She doesn’t like talking about her interests, but when she’s focused, she can spend hours honing her skills with eerie precision...
